At KlosetSlayer, every piece is created and selected with quality, craftsmanship, and individuality in mind. We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your order is not quite right, eligible merchandise may be returned in accordance with the policy below.
RETURNS
Eligible items purchased through KlosetSlayer.online may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned with any original packaging, accessories, dust bags, or other items included with the order
- In the same condition in which it was received
KlosetSlayer reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return, please contact KlosetSlayer through our website with your:
- Order number
- Name and email associated with the order
- Item(s) you would like to return
- Reason for the return
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending your merchandise back to us.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning merchandise. KlosetSlayer is not responsible for packages lost or damaged while being returned.
Unless the merchandise was defective, damaged, or incorrect when received, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure that it meets our return requirements.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow approximately 7–10 business days after your return is received for inspection and processing. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, except when an incorrect or defective item was sent by KlosetSlayer.
FINAL SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain merchandise is not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized merchandise
- Altered or modified merchandise
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, damaged, or used merchandise
- Items returned without their original tags
- Undergarments and intimate apparel
- Swimwear or bodysuits when the protective hygiene liner has been removed or disturbed
- Items that cannot be resold for health, hygiene, or safety reasons
Any Final Sale designation displayed on the product page at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Unless specifically marked Final Sale, merchandise purchased during a sale or promotion may be returned under the same eligibility requirements described above.
Refunds will be based on the actual amount paid for the merchandise after any discounts or promotional offers.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size, color, or style, please contact us to determine whether the replacement item is available.
Because KlosetSlayer collections may contain limited-quantity pieces, we cannot guarantee that an exchange item will remain available.
When a direct exchange cannot be accommodated, you may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Every order should arrive in excellent condition.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
After reviewing the issue, KlosetSlayer may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, refund, or prepaid return shipping as appropriate.
RETURN INSPECTION
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection.
KlosetSlayer reserves the right to deny a refund or reduce the amount refunded if an item shows evidence of:
- Wear or use
- Washing or cleaning
- Alterations
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Missing tags or accessories
- Stains, fragrances, makeup, deodorant, or other contamination
- Abuse of our return policy
Merchandise that does not satisfy our return requirements may be returned to the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, but orders that have already entered processing or shipping may not be cancelled or modified.
Eligible merchandise may still be returned after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
KlosetSlayer is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a carrier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided with the order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate when placing an order.
Please contact the shipping carrier promptly if a package is marked delivered but cannot be located.
RETURN POLICY ABUSE
KlosetSlayer reserves the right to limit or refuse returns from customers who demonstrate excessive, fraudulent, or abusive return activity.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any applicable return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other costs associated with returning merchandise unless otherwise required by law or the merchandise was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original customs duties and import taxes may not be refundable by KlosetSlayer.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where applicable law provides greater consumer rights than those described in this policy, the applicable law will control.
